Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call us within one week of your scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at 847-445-4231, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription for up to 14 days.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at 847-445-4231 and we’ll cancel your subscription with a one week notice.
